Luxury Glass Railing

Upgrading a home’s railings can really give it brilliance and drastically improve its style. Our design was inspired by the contemporary look of this prestigious home in Boisbriand, Quebec. After measuring the staircase and mezzanine, we sketched the design with the client and finished the industrial drafting based on those initial drawings. Back in our shop, we fabricated this one-of-a-kind prototype out of stainless and mild steel, as well as 10 mm tinted tempered glass. The installation process was fast and flawless, giving the house a brand new look.

Staircases & Balcony Restoration

This was a 100% mobile custom job we completed in the summer of 2014. In this residential multiplex in Verdun, the outdoor metal balconies, decks and secondary exit were in poor condition. The steel was heavily corroded. It was becoming a safety hazard for the residents. Our team started by removing the existing railings, soffits and decks. We then proceeded to removing the balcony structure. Using raw steel, we fabricated the structure onsite and installed it the same day. We later installed the new fiberglass decking, which we provided in one piece, and then added the railings. We applied an anti-rust primer coating as a finishing touch. Since we completed this outdoor restoration, the apartment building is much safer and looks nicer. This has a direct impact on real estate value.

Custom Barbecue

Do you know another welding company that builds custom barbecues for its employees? That’s just how we roll. This project was initially made for fun in order to provide a good time and meal for our employees and show them thanks for their dedication and hard work. We try to incorporate a project here and there to have a good time and motivate each other as a team. This 7-foot barbecue was dressed up with 1 large piece of pin with a chard look and a varnish finishing. The steel for this project was finished with a high temperature resistant paint.
